In my experience, my former trainers would suggest using supplements (e.g., Whey, BCAA, etc.) to enhance performance and how to get results quickly with those supplements. They were also reluctant to start the session if I show no interest in buying their stuff. Will did it differently. He suggested commitment over doing marketing scheme nonsense.
